Live TV Guide / EPG Issues

In IPTV, we use an EPG  (Electronic Program Guide), this list feeds the Live TV timeline for your content. It is an online listing of TV. Periodically, EPGs are downloaded and updated behind the scenes to your player to ensure the information is accurate and representative of your Live TV Channel.

Is your EPG not showing?

If you have JUST installed an IPTV Player and have connected to our servers for the first time, please note that it could take anywhere from 10-20 minutes to load the EPG on first load-in (this is dependant on your network settings).

However, you can always re-download and update your content and EPG at anytime. 

V4 XC Player:

In XC Player you can simply exit and power down your android device, on initial load of the XC application you will notice the screen will show all content and epg updating. Alternatively you can click the Update icon on the top right of the players screen - this will also redownload all fresh content from our servers, including the EPG.

V5 IM Player:

In IM Player, under Settings click Update Playlist, this will force check and redownload our content and EPG. 

V7 Smarters Pro:

In Smarters Pro, at the top of the screen click all the way over to the far right, little man emoticon. There you can click Refresh Content which will automatically grab all new content and EPG guides. You can also go into Settings > EPG > EPG Source > and click Refresh EPG.
